Good value, minor integration hiccup

I chose Stamp Me for our retail loyalty program after comparing it with a few others. The customer analytics dashboard is really useful, and the automated rewards feature works well for us. Delivery of the QR code stickers took about 6 days, which was fine. Integrating it with our Square POS was mostly smooth, though I had a small issue with the initial setup that required a quick chat with support. They were helpful, but it took a bit longer than I expected to resolve. Overall, a solid platform for the price, especially with the annual discount we got.

Easy to use, happy customers

We got the digital stamp card for our salon. It was pretty simple to set up, and our clients found the app easy to download. The push notifications are a nice touch for reminding people about their points. It's been working out well for us.

Great loyalty platform!

I signed up for the 30-day free trial of the digital punch card app and it was fantastic! Setting up our coffee shop loyalty program was super easy. Our customers loved the convenience. We're definitely subscribing!

Are there any promo codes floating around for Stamp Me? Trying to save a few bucks if possible.

D David E. 3 weeks ago
They usually give a 30-day free trial, which is nice to test it out. For actual discounts, sometimes they have stuff around Black Friday or Small Business Saturday.

I got a small discount when I signed up for an annual plan, that's usually the biggest saving besides the free trial. Keep an eye out around holidays.

What's the deal with their pricing? Is it a monthly thing or can you pay annually for a discount?

M Marcus Vargas 1 month ago
You can totally pay annually and it's usually cheaper that way. I think it was like 15-20% off for me.

Yeah, they push the annual plans with a discount. And you get a free trial first, so you're not locked in right away.

How does Stamp Me compare to FiveStars? I've heard of both but not sure which is better for a retail store.

B Beth 3 weeks ago
I used FiveStars before, and I think Stamp Me is a bit more straightforward. FiveStars felt a little clunky to manage on the backend for me.

It really depends on what features you need. Stamp Me is good for digital punch cards and basic rewards. FiveStars might have more bells and whistles but could be overkill if you just want something simple.

Is Stamp Me actually legit? Or is it one of those sketchy apps that disappear after a year?

R Renee Ito 1 month ago
Nah, they've been around for a while. I've been using them for almost two years now, no issues.

Legit for sure. They have good support and regular updates. My customers seem to like it too.

Thinking about switching from paper cards, but worried about customers not downloading another app. How do people usually get their customers to sign up?

M Mark Patel 1 month ago
We just put up some QR codes by the register and tell people about the rewards. Most people are fine with it, especially if there's a freebie for signing up.

Yeah, QR codes are key. And make it easy for them, like a sign right where they pay. The app itself is pretty simple to use once they have it.

I have a couple of different locations for my business. Can I manage all of them under one Stamp Me account, or do I need separate ones?

M Mia 2 weeks ago
You can manage multiple locations from one account, it's actually pretty easy to switch between them in the dashboard.

Yep, that's a feature they offer. Good for tracking loyalty across different stores.

how long does it take to set up a digital punch card once I sign up? Is it a big hassle?

D David 1 month ago
It's pretty quick. You just choose a template, set your rewards, and you're good to go. I had mine running in less than an hour.

B Brett 1 month ago
Not a hassle at all. The setup wizard is pretty intuitive. Takes maybe 15-30 minutes if you know what rewards you want to offer.

Is Stamp Me any good for small businesses? Like, just one location, not a huge chain or anything.

P Phil 1 month ago
Definitely. I run a small salon and it's perfect. Easy to manage and my customers actually use it.

M Megan Vargas 1 month ago
Yeah, most of the businesses I see using it are pretty small. They even have templates for coffee shops and stuff.
